What is the Atlacarte Venue Management (VM)?

The Atlacarte Venue Management provides your venue with a user friendly tool to manage your bookings, table plan, order timeline, chats, menu, staff & promotions. It’s cloud based, so you can access your data securely anywhere by using a compatible web browser or a tablet / smartphone with the Atlacarte VM app.

What exactly is your White Label option?

With Atlacarte White Label, you will have all of our tested features and technology under your own branding. Furthermore, all of your content will be automatically available on the Atlacarte main app, increasing your customer base without any additional hassle or cost. Contact us to find out more.

Which payment method do you use?

We currently use Stripe™ are our payment processing platform. The fees charged in the EU are 1.4% + €0.25 per transaction for European cards, and 1.4% + 20p in the UK. If needed, refunds will be provided through your Stripe account. Atlacarte does not interfere with your refund or cancellation policies.

Which EPOS systems are you currently integrate with?

Atlacarte currently works with some of the major EPOS systems, such as Clover & Lightspeed. We are continuing to highlight key EPOS systems that we can integrate with to ensure EPOS integration is available to as many of our Atlacarte customers as possible.

Does my account include support?

We strongly believe in personal attention. We offer all our venues assistance during the account creation, online demos, tutorials, staff training, social media & marketing cooperation and full support afterwards. Our team wil always be happy to help.

How does Atlacarte help me to address social distancing?

With Atlacarte, you are instantly minimizing the amount of physical interactions and menus that customers will come into contact with by having it all on their phones.
